Clean images before uploading
Select final edited images. This tool creates new PNG files from their visible pixels, leaving embedded source metadata behind. Everything runs on your device. No account, subscription, or image uploads.
- Select JPG, PNG, or static WebP images.
- Click “Create clean copies,” then download each result.
- Upload the -clean.png copies to SocialPilot. Replace any original media already attached to your draft.
What stays: image dimensions and transparency. PNG output avoids additional lossy compression, but files may be larger and browser color conversion can change color appearance. Check each preview before posting.
What changes: embedded EXIF, GPS, XMP, IPTC, editing history, copyright fields, and embedded provenance records are not copied. Keep your originals and attribution records separately. This does not remove pixel watermarks or guarantee that a platform’s AI label disappears. Follow the platform’s applicable disclosure requirements.
For still images only; do not use animated PNG/WebP, GIF, video, or RAW files. This tool does not upload to or modify HubSpot or SocialPilot.
