Good marketing takes teamwork, and Isabella Calloway helps keep ours connected. As a Marketing Intern at BlinkJar Media, she brings an upbeat attitude, an outgoing personality, and a willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed. Often, she spots an opportunity to help before anyone asks. Her title says intern, but her initiative and energy make her a valued part of the BlinkJar team.

Originally from Frisco, Texas, Isabella graduated from Frisco High School before heading to Louisiana State University, where she is majoring in Marketing and is a member of Tri Delta. At BlinkJar, she’s putting what she learns in the classroom into practice while working alongside a close-knit agency team.

That sense of connection is her favorite part of working at BlinkJar. Ask her about her experience, and she’ll likely start with owners Rikki and Jared. She appreciates the welcoming environment they’ve created and how a small team makes it easy to build relationships, contribute, and feel like she belongs.

Outside of work and class, Isabella loves LSU football games, animals, and finding her next favorite place to eat. Her movie picks lean toward the ’90s and early 2000s, with scary movies firmly off the list. She also enjoys Dancing with the Stars and The White Lotus. Ask her to name a favorite musical artist, though, and you may be there a while. She loves too many genres to choose just one.

Her love of music also fuels her love of travel, especially when a trip means seeing a concert with her mom. Bruno Mars in London? That’s a good reason to pack a bag.

Bella’s positive energy is contagious, and the whole team looks forward to having her around. Days at BlinkJar are brighter when Bella is in the office.
