Challenge:

Bone and Joint Clinic of Baton Rouge is a long-standing, successful orthopedic clinic with four locations in the region. However, as time progressed, they found they were losing market share and patients, because their marketing strategies were not matching the way patients are discovering information in healthcare today. They needed an agency partner who could help them expand their digital footprint, increase their patient volume and appointment requests, and build physician awareness via online search.


Solution:

BlinkJar developed a comprehensive marketing plan that connected traditional advertising with inbound marketing. Our team created a new slogan and ad initiative (Move More, Hurt Less) and built brand awareness in the community with high-traffic billboards. In addition, we developed a 12-month content plan, initiated lead-in calls-to-action for patient appointments, and increased content offers for patient education. BlinkJar also launched a major initiative in local search for all physician providers. Lastly, we placed concentrated efforts on improving their Google and Facebook Ads performance.
