What is it that you have, that your competitors do NOT.  This needs to be the anchor of your advertising.  It should be a hook for the consumer and speak to them on why one should support your product or service over the competitors. And whatever you do, avoid using "cliche" type of phrases when advertising your advantage. Avoiding these worn out phrases will help you stand out from the crowd.
